OPEN POSITIONS

Survey Inspector

We are currently looking to hire a Site Survey Inspector on a 1099 subcontractor basis for commercial building surveys and as-is building sketches. Pay is flat rate and varies per job. This is NOT a full time job. Estimated to have between 3-5 jobs per month to begin.

  • Must be willing to travel to any state and possibly even Canada. 
  • Must have experience measuring spaces and creating hand drawn layouts that you will later convert to a Revit drawing. Autodesk Revit experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
  • Must have general knowledge of commercial building construction processes as well as systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).


REVIT - BIM Modeler

KEG needs a free-lance BIM modeler! Must be experienced with REVIT and ReCap. You will work closely with our site survey inspectors, gathering and converting their field captured point cloud and 360 image documents into a 3D REVIT model of an as-is building. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial construction principles as well as good communication skills. You must be able to work diligently to meet deadlines. Pay is flat rate per project.

  • Must have extensive REVIT modeling experience
  • Must have experience with ReCap, point cloud and 360 video/photo technologies and their incorporation and importation into REVIT to create 3D as-is drawings.
  • Must have general knowledge of commercial building construction processes as well as systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
